1. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

At Dark Collectables, we want you to shop with confidence.

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by emailing contact@darkcollectables.com before the 14-day period expires.

You must return the goods within 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

2. Return Conditions

Please return products in their original packaging, where possible, with all included accessories and components.

You may inspect products as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

Opening a product or its packaging does not automatically eliminate your statutory right of withdrawal. Any applicable legal exceptions will be assessed in accordance with consumer protection law.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If you withdraw from a purchase because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products to us.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, damaged or otherwise non-conforming product, Dark Collectables will cover the necessary return shipping costs when a return is required as part of the applicable legal remedy.

Please contact us before shipping a return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

4. Refunds

For a valid exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received for the relevant goods, including the original standard delivery charge where required by law.

Additional charges for premium or express delivery selected by the customer beyond the least expensive standard delivery option are not refundable where permitted by law.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

We do not charge a cancellation or restocking fee for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product or includes goods that do not conform to the contract, please contact us at contact@darkcollectables.com.

Where possible, include your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photographs.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Statutory remedies for non-conforming goods are provided without charge to the consumer, including necessary shipping costs.

This policy does not limit your legal rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.

6. Preorders and Cancellations

Preorder products may have estimated release dates, arrival dates and order deadlines.

These dates may change due to publisher, distributor or logistics updates. We will communicate relevant changes when appropriate.

You may contact us to request cancellation of an unfulfilled preorder. Cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the conditions communicated at purchase.

Your statutory rights, including applicable withdrawal and non-delivery rights, remain unaffected.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and applicable legal rights. Where an exchange is not available, we will explain the available alternatives.
