Delivery

Available delivery options and their applicable costs are shown before you complete checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment and tracking details are sent to you after your order has been dispatched.

Processing

In-stock orders enter processing after confirmation. Dispatch timing depends on the items in your order and the selected delivery service.

Preorders

Each preorder product shows its order deadline where applicable, release or estimated release information, estimated arrival at Dark Collectables, and current preorder status where applicable. Estimates may change following publisher, distributor, or logistics updates.

Mixed orders

Orders containing both in-stock and preorder products may be handled according to the availability of all items and the shipping option confirmed for that order. Split shipping is not guaranteed.
